Abstract. The article defines qualitatively unique and distinguishing features of the new socio-cultural creatological formation. The content of such concepts as creative economy, creative industries, creative city and creative class is revealed. The author defines and clarifies the concept of creative management and management of creativity. Creative management is considered as the highest quality form of management, which is based on the implementation of creative vision and creative attitude of manager.
