1. Sergey L. Markov. Kvintological approach to the construction of a unified theory of creativity

Abstract. The model and method for the construction of the unified theory of creativity are proposed. The universal principle of the centred Penta structure was laid in the base of the theory formation. This principle allows to construct the system of coherent measurements and categories of creativity and to present a classical model of creativity in the form 4Ps / S – process, product, person, place as well as the sense which generates and integrates them. The deployment of these central categories leads to the creation of such relevant specific theories of creativity as a problem-solving process, productive activity, self-actualization, creative dialogue, creative vision and sense creation.

2. Sergey L. Markov. Сreative approach to security management

Abstract. The article deals with new approaches and methods for security management in the face of rising uncertainty and unpredictability of the environment and the emergence of qualitatively new and complex threats and risks.
The author substantiates the need for a new creative paradigm of security and gives its basic characteristics and principles. The article examines the current views on the theory and the concept of security, gives its basic definitions and metaphors, and reveals the most common underlying principles of creative security management.
The article argues that a creative approach to the security of an organization is determined by the creative attitude of the security manager which is implemented through the usage of integrated, multilevel complementary pairs of creative tools and techniques.

Abstract. The article defines qualitatively unique and distinguishing features of the new socio-cultural creatological formation. The content of such concepts as creative economy, creative industries, creative city and creative class is revealed. The author defines and clarifies the concept of creative management and management of creativity. Creative management is considered as the highest quality form of management, which is based on the implementation of creative vision and the creative attitude of the manager.

4. Sergey L. Markov. Formation of creative vision of an individual as the universal method of enhancing creativity

Abstract. The major classical and modern methods of enhancing creativity are considered and classified in the article. A new integrated model of creativity – 4Ps / S (process, product, person, environment, sense), in which the creative vision and sense creation are perceived as the highest form of creativity, is introduced. The author proposed the universal method of creative vision forming that can serve as creative training and a method of creative problem-solving.
