The Mirror Principle: How We Create the World Around Us

A parable of the Way We Create Our Reality

There was a king who built a huge palace. It was a palace in which all the walls, floor and ceilings were made of a special material.
A certain king built a huge palace. It was a palace in which all the walls, floor and ceilings were made of mirrors.
One day a dog ran into the palace. When she looked around, she saw many dogs all around her. Dogs were everywhere. Being a very sensible dog, she grinned to protect herself from these millions of dogs surrounding her and to frighten them just in case. All the dogs barked back.
She growled – they responded to her with menace.
Now the dog was sure her life was in danger and started barking. She had to tense up, she started barking as hard as she could, very desperately. But when she barked, those millions of dogs started barking too. And the echoes only made her barking stronger….
And the more she barked, the more they responded. In the morning, the poor dog was found dead.
She was alone in that palace, surrounded only by millions of mirrors…She died fighting with millions of her own reflections surrounding her.
